What's going on here???

I think mom gets 1/4 way done with these drinks and decides they're
too flat or too warm.

I think that's fine she doesn't drink it all up--maybe she's thinking it's not good for her to drink it all up. By the way, Vinny and Owen and I need 2 two-liter bottles to do the tornado experiment. Love, Toots
